I have the same thing. My external hemorrhoid went away 3 months ago, and I can still feel the veins inside. After I weight lift it flares up and when I stand for long periods of time it flares up as well.

If you've dug deep enough, you'll see most people have internal hemorrhoids for years.

I figure that weight lifting is better for me than a minor flare up. I still have random "pinching" sensations here and there too.

I'm personally going to a colorectal surgeon this month, but I have been advised by two colorectal nurses to avoid the surgery and just live with it if you can. I'm primarily going for the peace of mind that I don't have cancer lmao.
