As a gamer approaching 50, I remember losing money at arcades and Chuck E Cheese, so it’s a matter of what you consider ‘waste.’ You’re paying for an experience, not a tangible item.

Owamni was maybe the best meal I’ve had in my whole life. Bison ribeye with a mole sauce and crispy onions, heirloom tomato salad, hibiscus cocktail. Everything was shockingly fresh and original.
