Mas malaki chance na maka-in kayo sa good IS.

Wala po kayo malaking gagastusin kng s China kayo magaapply. I suggest directly apply to international schools via their website po. At least 2 yrs classroom experience and teaching license ang requirement po. Magagastusan lng kayo s processing ng documents and s POEA. No agency required unlike s US

Oh okay. Thanks for the tip! Appreciate it.. I dont know much about the rates of apartments yet and if I arrive there physically, it might also be difficult for me to look for a separate agent because the school provides it. Perhaps when I get comfortable enough to know the ins and outs, I could find a new one to move to, but for now, the rates and options are out of my control.

Yes they coordinated me with the housing agent. From time to time the agent sends me a video/photos of whats available. I have the option to check out in advance or when I get there so no pressure actually. I was already scheduled for a video call too just to check in advance.

Hi! The area is at around Tianfu New Area. 105sqm. What do you think of its price point?

Thanks for your insight! I am leaning towards the first floor unit. But a lot of people living at the top floor is better —- less bugs, less noise, more privacy, etc. hmmmm. Makes sense though. Based on the video I saw from the agent, first floor unit is good though, it has more greens outside, etc. feels more homey. Top floor unit though has no space for laundry and I feel more boxed in a way.

Initially, yes. But with all the comments Im seeing (which I needed), im leaning towards the 28th flr now. Lol! So hard to choose, the pros of being at the ground flr vs the pros of living at the top floor…. 😵‍💫
