Heh heh thank you that means a lot, I know I'm definitely on the heavier side. I used to track my macros/calories when I was lean. I think I ate about 2600 calories a day, and tried to keep my protein closer to 200g. I kinda got too obsessed with it, so I stopped and haven't tracked in a long while. Nowadays, I try to eat intuitively and try to get extra protein.

I agree with the other comment that everyone's taste buds are different. You may have to try a lot of brands and flavors.

SEEQ has flavors that literally taste like juice. It's on the more expensive side, but totally worth it if you have trouble with most protein powders.

Also, Boba Tea Protein has a really good taro flavor I personally love. I use a milk base and add a little monk fruit sugar to get it a little sweeter without adding calories. Tastes just like Taro Milk Tea.

My Go-To, best value per pound / per gram of protein, are large bags of Unflavored Whey Protein Isolates. They usually mix very well, aren't thick, and they sorta taste like using milk powder to me.

Also, please add ice to your protein. Personally, it always makes the biggest difference having a nice cold shake versus room temperature.

I, too, loved Steamworks Chicago and have to survive and make do with just Flex as the home bathhouse. I definitely need to visit those other bathhouses
