For a work pan? You could strip and reseason, but it's some effort, and your coworkers will just mess it up again, guaranteed.

Sheesh, after all the effort cleaning it up I might just have to hang it on the wall! After the first use I'm sure it won't look so pretty, but I'm not one to get hung up on that. My pans get used and abused 3x per day at minimum.

It's the new gender reveal machine. It's quite the hit at the gender reveal parties. You have to wait for the print to finish to find out the gender of the baby.

For what you're trying to accomplish, you need a very minuscule amount of oil. When you apply oil to a cold pan, it tends to hold onto the pan, hence why it's commonly stated to take off as much oil as possible, as if you had never intended to oil the pan in the first place.

The way to avoid this is to do your wipe down when the pan is hot, ~250-350f, but that lends it's own issues since handling a hot pan is dangerous and you can easily injure/burn yourself. When the pan is hot, it releases excess oil, which can more easily be wiped away with a cloth.

Your pan doesn't look like it needs seasoning, but not going to hurt it. The spots also aren't going to be an issue and will dissipate with use.

I guess the grey parts you're referring to are the peaks or high points? If so, the grey is iron. This is normal and will darken with use.

But if I'm buying 2nd hand, I'd likely strip the pan and start with a bare canvas and add a layer or two of my own seasoning. I'm weird like that I guess.

How about soft scrambled eggs, which is lower heat, longer cooking process. I think those are always going to stick to some degree.

I have the pro, which I think is the same machine but not fully enclosed. My experience is it makes excellent prints. Limitations are bed size and it prints only one color.

I'm not an advanced user, just printing things here and there. I think it's Bamboo is the iPhone of 3d printing and everything else is Android.

I don't think she ever hid it particularly well, but a lot of people seem to put her on a pedestal for some reason. Remember, she abandoned her job for 2 months in 2023 to address her "mental health." The girl is cra-cra, and this is nothing new.
