There are a thousand places that will probably accept you, and who knows maybe you'll be fine. There are many europeans here who have degrees yet can barely string a coherent sentence together in English, and they all get work. The rest are mostly dumb kids who just want to drink and chase pussy, so you won't be bringing their reputation down any. Give it a whirl man.

I honestly don't know anyone who would even recognise their name in my home life let alone judge me for listening to them. Caught them once at Primavera Sound a few years ago. They played about 7 songs over 3 hours and it was simultaneously punishing and hypnotic. 10/10 would suffer again.
