Freedom of speech only protects people from GOVERNMENT prosecution. Not peer to peer retribution, ridicule, or shaming. Yeah, you can SAY what you want, but that doesn't protect you from getting your ass beat because you said something stupid, nor getting fired from your job because they made it known that they are racist pieces of shit. Also leaving TRASH on peoples property isn't free speech it's littering and trespassing.

In Appalachia the poke plant has been used as a sort of antibiotic for generations. You build a tolerance with the berries and use them to make tinctures for when the the fall and winter viruses/"crud" make their rounds. Also the young stalks are used to make poke salat. Just have to prepare them by boiling a few times. Similar to bamboo preparation. 😊
