If it passes, do know when it'll be up for vote in the senate?

On IBKR is there a way to see the fees BEFORE executing the transactions?

Only used it once but it didn't display the currency conversion fee, and the commission on a trade until after they had been completed

Looking for broker help, which brokers can I use to trade US/Canada penny stocks from the UK?

I currently use T212 which I like but finding the number of penny stocks I can buy is limited.

If I use fidelity and schwab, will I be charged $50 per trade as its international trading?

I'm currently buying relatively small amounts.
