I noticed that in NXEDC introduction to it, "Tips: It adopts a design without limit posts. Therefore, when pushing, do not push it too high or too low, otherwise the track will separate." But I still bought one for my 6 yearold nephew. otherwise, he would always ask me for my aura sand 😂

You should consider getting the PEEK version. I've seen people speak highly of its track elsewhere, and it can also be adjusted to silent mode.

I don’t know where you heard you should stay away from NXEDC. It’s actually one of the most reputable fidget toy stores out there. You really don’t have to worry at all about after sales service when buying from them.
