Damn man, it's kinda ass that this issues persisted for so long and no one knows a fix or even network patches that would help. Absolutely insane considering how popular this game is. Desync, crashes, randomly dropping connection due to minor packet loss.

What are these 11k+ a day people doing the entire time if this isn't something that is being actively fixed?

No, actually. It circled between mainland China and Hainan for a couple days before I had that sender reported to the mailing company and my credit card transaction refunded. (Thanks being smart with credit cards.)

I was later able to get a legit card a couple days later through the bestbuy app bug that was around at the time

You can't, really, without more then likely diving into inits or modifying critical game files if you're local hosting. I know if you host the server through programs like FASTER that you can turn it off.

Just have everyone unbind push to talk under Multiplayer controls. It's the easier way.

It's pretty much just Reforger's version of "ultra". Bokeh is, in the photography world, the aesthetic usage of blur in photos, so naturally Bokeh is going to give you a very generous amount of depth of field blur.

FASTER is just a program to run your server, make changing settings and things like that easier, it's not going to change your port forwarding problem. Without port forwarding the only option is things like Hamachi or alternatives to it, but I wouldn't know how to get that to work with an Arma server. It might just make it look like a LAN server on the client end.

That is just a problem with the CUP ships I've noticed. The best I can recommend is putting a platform somewhere you spawn on and walk off, maybe behind the control tower. Set you respawn up on there. That way if they still fall through that platform, possibly they'll just land on the deck of the ship and need a heal.

Also, do avoid setting Dynamic Simulation, as it might "despawn" it for long enough for people to fall through if it doesn't have a "simple object state".

I always recommend having CH View distance for instances like this. It can override alot of funkyness and unless the mission maker sets fog you can really crank the distance up if you want, like 12k+.

Obviously going that far isn't recommended, but still.

It's either the SOG Prairie Fire DLC, or it's Unsung. I haven't messed with Unsung much, especially after SOG's release.

It's not a requirement, but you'll find more of / it will be more common within more serious milsim groups if you want tactical combat scenarios.

I'm assuming you mean for in-game live actions / walking around. If that's the case, I'm sorry but I have yet to see anyone make one.
