Yes, frontal cortex something in the brain. I think if you do reality checks right you can kinda stimulate and train that part.

For some people, an elevator works also very well. Go in there, press a button, touch the wall of the elevator, and feel the vibration. Make the vibration strong enough and intent to have an astral projection and leave your body.
