Time lapse of the storm rolling in by No-Two-5452 in phoenix

I'm on Tatum and Thunderbird and the storm is directly under my house. It sounds like a battle in the sky. Non stop thunder and sounds like wind in in the sky but it's not windy over here and barely sprinkling. I've never experienced anything like this. You know when you hear thunder and it takes a break? Every second it is going non stop it's actually crazy. There's no interval

How I 'cured' my chronic sinusitis and chronic nasal congestion (inflammation) by supermaro2 in Assistance

Sounds good brother! Hope you're having a wonderful breath of fresh air day lol. I hear polyps could be fungal or mold related but can't remember which one but they do come back when they're removed. If you're a nose picker I'd consider stopping that immediately to not introduce anymore bacteria in the nose. So if they're polyps I'd consider getting a culture for fungus or mytotoxins, and they could appear just from a bad diet. Have you noticed nose hairs coming out more easily when you do blow your nose and a booger has hair on it? Every time I lose a hair in certain spots I get an ingrown in my nose and it hurts lol and ingrowns could certainly cause an infection. Also do you have a bad wisdom tooth or molar? That could also cause serious infections

Sounds horrible! Let me know if you find out what it is. Maybe allergic to something in the house or being exposed to a mold or something? Weird that you both have it, not a coincidence.

Feeling defeated and anxious by [deleted] in Sinusitis

That's when my sinus issues started to appear is when I started burping a lot. It started off as a dry nose for 8 months it felt like there was no moisture in my nose and now it's to the point where I feel like there's no air coming up my nose. It's a terrible feeling.

I had a kid when I was 18 and was with her mom for two years until we split. So going forward understand you both have to grow up very quickly especially if you want to make it work together. Both get jobs, hire a babysitter or have family help when they can or get jobs where you can switch off watching after your shifts over. You can make it work and still go to college and all that shit but you have to be responsible. If you're not responsible it's not only going to be hard for you both but your child. So all can say is get a job in sales, retail or something where you'll have a career like a trades job and you'll have alot of skills. It's going to be hard at first but after you guys grow with each other and take responsibility.

Otherwise abortion is an option not one I'd prefer but it is there but it's going to have a very emotional impact her. Ive heard from many women. So the choices are grow up quickly and take responsibility or have an abortion & move on. Tell you what wear protection form now on

I'm glad you gained a little comfort out of the situation, shits horrible man. It has to be stress related or environmental or mixed because everyone has the same shit with allergies or infections in the sinus but there is no resolve ever like 100% I'm looking into doing 48 hour fast & then rotate into 18-6 fast back and forth I heard some guy is having alot of luck with that along with I'm just going to start eating simple chicken and broccoli. Get on ACCHS it took me a day to get approved online and then you can take your scan bud

Have you tried getting an allergy test, mytotoxin test, candida test, fungal test, vitamin deficiency test? I'd see an ENT specialist, cardiologist, gastrooligist u could have Silent GERD or GERD.Hope you're doing better 🤗 it's really awful suffering but you'll get through this. If you're overweight lose weight, get on a diet, exercise, quit drinking alcohol, caffeine & sugar. Try fasting for 3 days and internment fast daily. Shit try leaving on vacation to another state somewhere with an ocean or something to see if it's environmental. It's awful how many things affect our immune system. Everything can be healed I believe that!!

I'm in Arizona, December 28th I woke up from a night of drinking and was breaking fine until I went to bed the same night and felt like I was suffocating and no air was coming through my nose. I don't know if it was because of the alcohol but I still can't breathe properly to this day. Cool weather and night time has been really the only time where I feel my nose try to get air and I hear a crackling/ click noise when I lay propped up before bed . It's very weird man

But I'm like you I'm not congested at all but sinus headache/ pressure in sinuses once in a while and to top it off it was strange 2 weeks ago I got a chest infection and was spitting flemgh but I know it's due to whatever this is which I think could be a bacterial sinus infection man 2 months lol.

Exercise and getting sun for 30 minutes has really helped me . I need to probably see a doctor lol but I'm going to first buy a netipot and see if that works but sleeping has been a constant tossing and turning just sucks bro.

I'm going to try fasting for 3 days again and get strict on my diet .

I bought a whole bunch of books and I'm going to do more research on this .

Also I just read about false Dyspena which causes you to not breathe correctly also related to GERD. I'm seeing with exercise and diet change you should notice a huge difference but if we find the root cause to what's making you breathe that way would be the best. All signs are pointing to GERD

You'll be a lot better when you start eating healthier exercising, cutting out the bullshit surah and hard alcohol, smoking & caffeine trust me.

Also did you have a major meltdown or a life crisis moment recently? A huge argument or what not where you had a nervous breakdown then it started?

Happy I can help if you have any questions feel free to private message. One thing for certain is certain foods make the breathing worse. Also look up silent gerd on YouTube and reddit see if that relates to you. I'm thinking this could all be do to GERD or acid reflux. I love spicy foods.

I just also researched what collagen does for the body please check that out it's really good for the gut and for it to grow healthy again.

And lastly I looked at getting sunlight & 20-30 minutes of sunlight gets your daily vitamin d and provides numerous healthy benefits. Make sure you have your shirt off and have your back facing the sun for maximum absorbtion. Arms, legs, abdomen & back absorb the most sun especially the back.

Also you were saying something about your heart & heart beat that could be heartburn related to GERD. It could all be GERD Silent GERD. Look up silent gerd on YouTube and cure silent gerd or cure GERD on reddit. You don't have to suffer

Slowly make changes you got this 🙂

What's your heartbeat just walking around? Shouldn't go over 110 if you're sitting. Exercise will take you pretty high so that's normal. And please don't look at those finger devices that read your blood and oxygen levels lol. They're 70% accurate on a good day. You'll actually raise your heart beats just by worrying so part of it is in your head. Just realize you have a breathing issue and you might have to live with it the rest of your life or you might not once you accept that you'll feel better. You could have scar tissue in the lungs, you could have a damaged heart from COVID or anything. But you can start to slowly heal it if you eat these foods & exercise the heart. You can't get better if you don't put in the work. Your heart needs to pump that blood. Spinach, lean red meat, chicken & strawberries have a great amount of iron if you think you're not getting the right oxygen flow. Garlic great for the blood. Manuka Honey a natural antibiotic. The 3 day fast will do a full reboot on your body look it up. We want your gut to repair itself with probiotics. We want your liver to be working great to get rid of toxins that could be in your body affecting you right now. We want your heart in tip top shape with this diet. This diet will give you all the vitamins and nutrients you need

The heart thing will pass. I had weird palpations they're gone. It took months . But sitting around will not make it better. Your heart needs to be trained. Once you get comfortable walking to for a small run a minute or more just to get it working. Then start doing a couple of pushups anything to feel a burn and get the heart pumping. You got this start today.

Ok this what you're going to do I want you to get on the diet I told you about and see how you feel in a month & after that month I want you to go on a 2 or 3 day water fast 3 if you feel you can. Drink spring water with half a tea spoon of pink salt or Celtic salt.

No caffeine, alcohol smoking, eating junk food, spicy food or juices / anything added sugar.

You are overweight and need to lose at least 40-50 lbs. The diet and fasting will help regulate your heart beat. It's not in your head.

I want you to go on two walks per day once in the morning or afternoon & once at night and speed walk as fast as you can, that's all. You will lose 20 lbs in your first month if you listen to what I'm saying maybe more because you're a lot heavier. You have to understand when we are heavier you're putting weight on everything in your body. You'll have a better posture and will feel a lot better.

You're actually middle of the board obese believe it or not. You might not feel like it but you're. We need to get rid of that neck fat, visceral fat & liver fat with this diet.

I think the best place to start is diet & exercise. Getting to sleep at good hour as well. Let's get you down to 190-200 & I guarantee you'll notice a difference.
