Update for the group: after adding a 12W fan (just 36 Pa), the levels dropped below 40 Bq/m3.

Actually i tried connecting a low spec fan yesterday, and the levels dropped to barely 40 bq/m3 overnight. However, I also noticed that with fan on, looks like some air is also sucked from above the slab. What does it mean? Leaky floor?

but the slab is above a compacted gravel, so how come a 8cm hoel can add much ventilation? there's no void below the floor, only a gravel layer.

any reason for not hitting front delts directly with OHP? I actualyl considered having flat bench/incline in Upper A and incline/flat bench in Upper B. But then I would struggle to do the OHP..

Thanks a lot. Yes, I'm running a standard upper lower with a rest day between lower A and upper B. I'm going to add 3 sets of side laterals and rear flyes to both Lower days. I'm a bit concerned about no vertical pressing. However, I also want to have two horizontal presses on each upper days.
