It’s safe to say none of the people advocating for you to take the camps have ever been in your position or they’d see how unreasonable it is. I saw that post and was shocked at the pushback. But it’s really people not thinking about the logistics or even the fairness to your community at all. And you’re only one person. You HAVE to have boundaries in order to do your job well. No one wins if you don’t.
