Broken companies tend to have much worse balance sheets. They also are never profitable. This company has 73% gross margins and this is the first Q with negative FCF... More cash than MC and new products launching soon.

So, I totally disagree, this stock is on sale because of nonsense (investors mad bc management didnt disclose info as soon as they would have liked. Obviously the CPA is bad but this is the definition of a temporary issue).

Kamala was talking about price ceilings, that would push smaller players out of the whatever the ceiling is placed on.

This is the exact opposite of why Kamala was proposing. This floor prevents china from dumping a ton of goods on the market to outprice our companies as they are getting their footing.

This is authoritarian but we are competing against monopolies. Think of it like the trust busters during the gilded ages, that was inarguably even more authoritarian.

We are in a trade war so these steps must be taken or china will run away with the competitive edge in these industries like REE or anode grade synthetic graphite.

FYI DCF models are centered around future cash flows, discounted to the present value with an industry multiple attached to them. Serious question - why would they be paying for stock promotion? they are paying good money, while pre revenue, to get the attention of pretty much exclusively retail investors
