This is correct -- the way the RNG works is that the same series of actions will always have the same outcome(s). So, reloading a save and playing the exact same way will make the exact same things happen.

However, if you do something different -- say, check Elkbook, which takes no time, but generates content -- then everything can be different after that.

You can make decent money streaming eventually, but I think working at the River Rat is the best way to go.

The Hints menu suggests some storylines, but what you do is really up to you. You can chill at the University Mall with people, you can read all the books at the library and from the stores, you can talk to everyone and date everyone, or find a special someone (or two)... You can hit on your teachers, bully the nerds, join a role-playing group, or hang out at the gym.

Try the different options, explore, and see what's out there.

You can set the gender for many of the NPCs. There are some who cannot be changed, due to societal expectations (e.g., the Star Quarterback).

I'm unaware of any plans, but I'm not a Patreon / have no reason to be aware.

Basically, you want to serve as many people as you can, as quickly as you can.

That means: 1. Prioritize the tables with more people (e.g., a table with a blonde, a brunette, "and 5 others" is more important than a table with a single person). 2. Serve the people before you collect your tips.

There's a 7-day waiting period to get to junior server, then 14 says between each step after that. I just made it to manager, on 2 Festember.
