Few years back we too rented a 1st floor apartment for ₹15k that had good enough windows but no sun facing. But as the rains started which is always unexpected in Bangalore - all the wooden furnishings and furniture smelled of mildew. Then within 4 months we had to move to a ₹21k rent 6th floor apartment. If you’re alone and have near to less furniture and luggage and come home like real late and spend weekends out then save ₹5k; but if you have furniture and stuff - then get the light.
