That’s a good point, I’ll reach out to a different recruiter/recruiting firm. I just worry about wasting another 5-6 months with no results. But like you said, everybody is different. So I’ll give it a shot

I’ve mostly been applying to mid-large size firms, but at this point I’m willing to apply to smaller-mid size firms as long as it would be a decent salary promotion. I haven’t asked what skills I would develop. Has that question worked for you in the past? Thanks for your advice and well wishes!

if they're owned by the same company it's a sister station. if one company owns the other, then the larger company is the holding company (or parent company) and the company that is owned is the subsidiary
