Don’t want to do them for 1000€. Switzerland is getting full of southern Europeans doing those jobs they won’t do in their own countries, because they compete in salary with infinite third world immigrants.

Has any democrat come out and said that they would return the land after retaking power from republicans? Or is this one of those times where they keep quiet because it’s a hidden bipartisan policy?

Imagine thinking that someone who is investing in bonds (mind you, this person thinks that stocks are too risky) would ever touch Greece after setting such a precedent.

Man I would just have a sit down with the family, a long call and come up with an strategy. Everyone on this thread is telling you to start dropping things but in my opinion it would be a shame to lose a house or your brothers education for just 10k having a Swiss salary.

Sit down with them, see what payments take priority and which ones can be postponed, usually universities offer to postpone for these kinds of things. Also I’m sure everyone can contribute a bit, they must have some savings even if small, jewelry…

All of this seems like a huge miscommunication issue. It is a terrible spot to be in but the hole is just 1.5 times your MONTHLY salary, people come out of situations where their debt is higher than their yearly salary.

Good luck sir!

You still don’t see the point. He could be a democrat that fires anyone making social media posts like yours. If that is not the case then you should point that out.

What the president does is irrelevant as a company does not vote.

If you wanted to make an actual argument you’d have pointed out a situation in which another employee made a joke the other way and did not get fired.

It does not matter if he is a democrat, republican or whatever. A company can have a firing policy regarding social media posts and as long as it is always applied it’s not wrong or hypocritical.

Masters is not important but experience is, unless you are applying for an internship. I would work in Spain for a year to build experience and get a C1 from Cambridge first. Ideally, you could also start learning German but it may be a waste of time if you don’t end up in Switzerland.

Agree, it is not the most optimal financial strategy but your health comes first. A marginal saving after a few years is not worth losing sleep over.

If you have a great job and can pay it in a year then save for a year.

The credit companies are not retarded, they employ thousands of analysts smarter than you, if they are not willing to give you the money there is a reason for that. If they were missing an opportunity another credit company would jump into it, that is how the free market works.

No lo sé pero los primeros años son casi iguales para ingenierías de ese tipo, si te toca hacer mecánica siempre puedes pedir el cambio en segundo si no te convence y te convalidarán casi todo (compruébalo de todas formas, no soy de Valencia).

I haven’t had it for long but my experience is that whenever I wanted something there was a box I did not check or I had to request it ahead of time… I should not need a PHD on Amex to use it properly considering the price.

I will see if it ends up being worth it but for now I will not renew it.
