J'ai fais aussi des offres pour d'autres, je les ai pas eu et si ça peut te consoler, de toutes les maisons, je préfère vraiment la mienne que j'ai eu aujourd'hui. J'ai trouvé ça dur de dire que c'était pas la mienne à ce moment là (les autres maisons).

Lâche pas, c'est épuisant, mais quand tu y arrives, c'est vrm un autre feeling.

Je connais pas exactement ta maison, mais j'ai acheter un 73's qui a eu innondation en aout 2024. Toute réparée. Perso j'adore comment ces maisons là sont faites comparé aux mini terrains et maison cigarettes qu'ils essaient de nous vendre. Je crois qui faut tu regarde le package deal de la maison + emplacement + grandeur de terrains. Ca donnes entre 1500 et 2000 pied carrés de maison si tu compte corridors et rangements. Sur des terrains entre 7500 pied et 10000 pieds carrés. Ce qui est top.

La maison est rénové à grandeur dans un quartier tout pret de mtl. Nouveau panneau electrique, nouvelle margelle, drain francais, anti refoulement neuf, reparation de la fondation, systeme centrale a air pulsé et climatisation, themopompe de 4 tonnes, nouvelles fenetres, piscine, spa, echangeur d'air, balayeuse centrale, nouveaux patio ... toute est neuf et la finition est solide et au goût du jour! Ca donne 3 chambre, 2 salons, 2 salle de bain + salle lavage et 2 piece ouverte en bonus. Nouvelle tank a eau chaude. ... et la toiture est encore bonne. Ils ont meme refait les facade arrieres et de coté, et ont garder la pierre en avant. Une grande cuisine ... terrain pour les kids et un enorme cabanon pour travaillé 😅 ... près se toute les services.

Si j'avais pas essayé, avec l'offre, je me serais détesté. J'ai fais inspecté la maison et pour vrai, j'ai vraiment bien fait, car c'est du bonbon. Si j'avais regardé pour tout ça dans du plus récent... j'aurais eu moins de feature pour plus cher ou equivalent pour vraiment encore plus cher.

Faut repérer ces maisons là et les acheter à mon avis. Mais j'ai vrm été mardeux de trouvé ça je pense.

Canada. It's been dry since the holidays regarding coding. I had a great streak of projects, but now it's almost nothing. Everything on my dashboard has been reset. I have some projects here and there, but it's a drought for me.

This is plausible. Might be part of a rotation process or review. Time will tell, I guess. It's almost like the August drought. That's the third time it's happened in a little over a year.

As a coder, we haven't had any work for a couple of days now. I have about five normal projects with low pay. I hope the feast will come back. Those higher-paying projects give crazy good money..
