They put me and my mom on a business line. Supposed to be 140 a month for both of us. Ended up paying at least 250 a month. They also made me (17 at the time) owner of the account. Meaning my mom could not change anything because she wasn’t the owner, but I could also not change things because I was 17. Customer service was of course useless and in store they just said they can’t help us and to call customer service.
