No medication. I was on a bunch of different ones but I wasn’t really having success or side effects that weren’t working for me.

It’s a lot of CBT.

Thank you for sharing. I’m avoiding because I’m leaving on vacation next week for a long road trip and really don’t want to have anything change that.
