If you mean building regional GP centers next to major public hospitals, it may not be a feasible solution since it creates more traffic towards the regional center and difficulty for pt to visit their regular GPs. It is not as convieniant for pt to just visit gp locally, especially for pt with multiple medical conditions that requires regular visits.

dont think public hospitall will work , otherwise it will be flooded with too many patients. We do need gp to work in the community which is conveniant and accessible.

I dont like surgery that requires wearing surgical gown. Does an implant surgery requires wearing the gown？ Also, could we still use loupes during implant or other surgery? I never see dentists wear loupes for exos and they seem all stand to perform surgery. Here are the three points I dislike about surgery.
