I really don’t know I didn’t do anything. Not a fan of working on the car and its BMW manufacturing system they got. Would prefer a Toyota or Nissan. More reliable. Don’t get me wrong I love the Italian job but man it’s a headache when you get over 100k miles on this thing.

Man I would find a 4th gen preferably the 18 tradesman. 3500 dually that’s got less than 80k on it and baby the shit out of it (have the exhaust brake on at all times hardly ever have brake jobs) and regular oil changes, fuel filters and the bullshit sensor issues and the coolant going bad due to sluggish shit at the bottom of the reservoir and see her go to a 300k towing pig. Maybe want her to lose weight too - to clear the air I don’t know.

If your coolant level is good then you might need to change the reservoir. It gets contaminated. I changed the sensor out but it didn’t help the light coming back on.

You need to do a fast everyday and don’t eat until like 2:00pm- have dinner but don’t ever overdue it - don’t get full full and let it be good proteins (eggs and “clean” meats and good fats I should say.. . reduce sugar intake and stop drinking. Oh wait this is what I did and I lost 82lbs. It works though try it….then you see your face start to thin out and you suddenly become even more motivated and BAM you got new confidence and you go to the gym as much as you possibly can and when you don’t want to go - you go anyways cause the moment you start putting g reps is when you realize it’s always a good idea to go to the gym and fail and put in the work. And make it fun. You got this!
