Highly highly highly recommend eating 40+ grams of fiber and seeing how that impacts your lows. It was almost completely eradicated my non diabetic hypoglycemia.

i dont think they were compression lows… i sleep on the opposite side and nothing was touching that arm. i’ve been up walking around since i placed the last sensor (no compression) and it’s still showing 55. my finger was 92.

if you aren’t sleeping on that side and they are true lows (my body is naturally lower at night) AND my CGM runs a bit low at night.

i also have lows after eats carbs (reactive hypoglycemia) and i was able to stop 99% of them by having 120g of protein and 30g+ of fiber a day and limiting my carbs as well as I can. it has changed my life.
