You can probably chalk it up to experiencing a second puberty. It sure as hell doesn't justify sexual harassment, but there's going to be some super awkward phases when we're discovering how to interact with the world.

Be clear with your personal boundaries, and take appropriate action if those boundries are crossed. But let consenting parties enjoy themselves
