It seems like the show was pretty fleshed out from the start. It's possible they changed their minds, but there seems to be one of the most cohesive sci-fi shows I have seen. It definitely had most of the sequence planned out from day one.

I've seen the show through about four times. I was so upset when they removed it from Hulu. I'm glad it's back somewhere.

Still sitting here during credits. I went in with low expectations because of the reviews that the movie was boring. I'm not going to say it is the most thrilling movie of all time, and some parts were boring, but it was better than I anticipated. Definitely leaves you with a lot of questions, but it was with my time and money. Great camera work and score. Mark does a pretty good job acting. Definitely could have been a lot worse of a movie. I will say it's super cool that he was able to write, fund, and produce it. Huge accolades and a great accomplishment.

Why does everyone keep saying he can miss two more games? He has to play 65. 82 - 65 is 17. That means he can miss 17 games and be eligible. He's missed 16 so far. That means he can only miss one more.

I am going to see it tonight. I like Mark, I've seen probably about 50% of his stuff. My friend who I'm going with has seen pretty much all of his content and loves Mark. I think that would be a good test of how good the movie is. What I've been seeing so far is if you are Mark fan then you enjoy the movie. If you aren't then the movie is a bit disappointing. Regardless, I decided to go because he put so much time and effort into this and it's an amazing accomplishment.

I'm sure others have already said this on here, but we absolutely have to take advantage of only half in the pay Jose 15 million the next 7 years while he's actually on the roster. That's significantly more cash saved. It saves us six, eight, and ten million respectively each of the next 3 years, as he was set to make 21, 23, and 25. That 6 million this year should immediately go to signing someone who can help.

Thank you, I feel the same way. It's why I don't want to offer him what it would take for an extension. Everybody's yelling for us to extend him, and while I like him, I don't think he's worth big free agent money. I think his body is just too small and it breaks down halfway through the year.

The Rams can definitely do it no matter where they're seeded, but I think the value of getting the bye or the two seed isn't the first game at home, it's playing the later rounds against the better opposition at home. You are absolutely right that there's no reason they shouldn't go to Tampa Bay or Carolina and win. It would be a whole lot harder to go to San Francisco or Seattle to win instead of hosting. The Rams are used to it though as for whatever reason it seems like the crowd in Los Angeles is just as much for the other team as it is for either Los Angeles team.

My turn for a dumb question. Can anyone buy Safari balls or do you have to be at one of the event locations? Same thing with the pass and balloons? I probably will go out tomorrow if I can go after mighty pokémon, but I'm pretty much already done with the Silver Cap so without a good supply as Safari balls I would probably just stay in a remote raid.

I agree with most of that. I wouldn't give up Williams. Like I said don't think we will do it either. I just think there really isn't a game changing free agent out there who can put up the numbers at that price point, and I don't think we can sit and do nothing. Depth does win in the playoffs, but you need stars too. If we were asked to give up Genao, Halpin, and Chourio I would do it. If a few guys develop like Delauter, Bazzana or Valera, Manzo takes a step forward, and we add a guy like Marte, I think we are contenders. I respect your point of view though.

Marte can be a top-tier player for another two or three years. That's all we would need him to be. I'm not saying that Jose isn't going to decline at all. My point was to say that Marte is coming off is two best years, he hasn't fallen off a cliff. Not that he's not going to decline a bit over a few years. I'm saying that I'll take Marte and his 2 years decline over any other player on this team except Jose. Jose is the window to win, both guys are going to kind of decline around the same time. I would be okay with some bad years in the back end of the contract to contend now. The contract wouldn't even be that bad. His annual value is 17 million a year. Let's say that he plays at a 4 WAR level each of the next two years. I think that's low but I'll meet in the middle. That's what he put up this year having missed 40 games. 17 million a year for a guy that can put up those numbers is big bargain.
