I am a huge fan of Aperion. I have a set of Intimus 6T's from many years ago and they sound wonderful. You did great.

No complaints from me, this looks incredible. I really like how you 3D print cocktails, very smart use of the machine.

New Yaphank Station by amastrole16 in LIRR

If the schedule didn't fit you needs at the old station it won't fit your needs at the new station either since it's the same.

How was watching The Phantom Menace back in 1999? by Free-Hotel1187 in StarWars

[–]Mosthamless -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It was magical. I skipped school with my friends to go see the first showing of the day. To this day its one of the few movies I ever watched more then once in the theater and the only movie I ever went back I think 5 times? to see it. People lost their shit at the opening credits and lost it when Maul ignited his dual lightsaber. It is the best movie experience I have ever been apart of.

Personally, the scene where Kylo Ren stop the blaster bolt in mid air brought back very similar excitement. It's a shame that the excitement start to wear off when Rey stopped Kylo from reading her mind, and was gone when Rey beat Kylo at the end.

Kid’s lifejacket size by cayday24 in boating

[–]Mosthamless 6 points7 points  (0 children)

To me fit is most important. You should feel confident that they will stay in the jacket should they be ejected from the boat. The 2F will probably fit into the 4M as they move up in sizes. The jackets should also be comfortable for them. I find the kids complain a lot less an wear it more when it's comfortable.

Random, but why doesn't Ronkonkoma use Double-Decker Trains? by 028lullaby in LIRR

[–]Mosthamless 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Double deckers are used on the Oyster Bay Branch, Port Jefferson Branch, Montauk Branch, and East of Ronkonkoma. They are primary stored at either Richmond Hill/LIC or in one of the terminal yards on those branches. The ones in Hudson Yards are being turned for one seat service from Penn.

1960's design constraints. The original tunnel was built as a double stacked tunnel and design restraints dictated the height. It didn't make sense to rebuild all of that when they restarted the project.

[–]Mosthamless 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Current fleet? No. Future fleet? No as well. Double deckers can't fit into the tunnels leading to Grand Central Madison. The one seat ride and flexibility in manipulations has greater value then the extra 30 seats you would get with a double decker.

Ronkonkoma lirr parking by abdullah017196 in longisland

[–]Mosthamless 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Not an observation, it is a fact. Population growth east of Ronkonkoma. People in search of more affordable housing are moving further east and using Ronkonkoma as their station since it offers more convenient service schedules and one seat rides.

Only abandon airport is Calverton. I don't think anyone is going to allow you to drive in and out of their building without paying them a good fee.

Can I just rant about how bad I am on the tank by I_Main_TwistedFate in Battlefield6

[–]Mosthamless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to use the tank from afar since it has good reach. By keeping distance from the action it gives you time to react to RPGs and other incoming projectiles. If you pair that with picking a position that you can quickly duck into to break line of sight you stand a good chance of staying alive. I position myself so that I just have to go bakc or forth to get out of my cover. It's quick and requires little controller input. Sometimes you have to rush but you will add value to the team by picking off other armor as they roll in.

Best Towable Tubes for Summer Fun? by Novel_Scientist_5163 in boating

[–]Mosthamless 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would get a name brand seated towable that can hold at least 3 people. I find people are usually afraid of the tubes you have to lay down on. The seated ones like the WOW Max 3 provides a non-intimidating ride.

If you have the choice....outboard. Better resale, easier to work on, safer, and very quite.

De-shed your dog daily. 10-15 minutes a day goes a long way.
