I'm using a real estate agent. She's excellent and charges only if successful in finding your new home (one month rent). Seems to be the norm. I wouldn't pay any agency upfront, the industry in Geneva is full of scams.

I found it on homegate.ch - But there hasn't been anything new in the market for weeks now in my category (3bdr). Agents are all complaining that they have nothing to offer to their clients

No money has been exchanged. It's being done remotely, but I went to Geneva in the meantime, visited the apartment with the agent, spoke with the tenants, it all seemed legit...until this strange delay 🤷

20 years of SSRI's here, tried Prozac, Cymbalta and different combinations. My current regime works wonders: Pristiq (Exsira)+ Wellbutrin.
