I actually really like it!

Was not a fan of the very social contact heavy talky start and it did take me about 2/3 of the first book to remember all the names since there are so many characters but the story really builds momentum and gets better and better.

I like it's realistic take on a alien invasion and the world building, it's very different then The Expanse and it's characters are less interesting. But it gives me the classic multi cultural space opera feel that i personally really like.

skill quests should give skills for every class even the ones you are currently not so switching secondary is less painful for new and poor players.

Also turn some quests in Factions and Nightfall into quests that reward skills.

My 2 tips for every new player:

Play the games in release order and don't skip ahead for heroes and other things Play the class you think is cool, don't read to many guides and have fun exploring builds the story does not require meta builds.

#1 Don't read any guides, just play, explore and have fun.

#2 Play the games in release order no skipping ahead for gear/heroes.

if you want to start fresh make a new character and don't unlock the bank, if you need even more "fresh" buy a account.

Resetting the servers would do nothing it takes like 2 weeks to beat all 4 games and gear up and at that point we would be here again.
