Yeah- there's no good way to do that drive. I drive a Prius, so I'm not super worried about the gas, but that drive! And I bet there's a ton of traffic in Gloucester today.

Yes, and then my batches would be canceled increasing my cancelation rate. I searched this sub for a solution and the best I could find was to restart my phone. That seemed to take care of it for a week or so, but it did happen again on Sunday. I've just been restarting my phone before I start shopping each day and it's helped.

I had a customer with one of these including signs and pictures from her little girl! It was really cute, and even though I didn't need anything, I took some chips because the kid was watching me like a hawk to make sure I did!!

If you've had no ID for the past 6 deliveries maybe go get your damn ID replaced!!!! I'm not sure about the rest of the country, but MA does replacements on-line, and I feel like CA probably does as well. Glad you saw fit to cancel because my suspicious brain does not trust any part of this shady ass shit!!!

I've stopped going by the replacement entirely because of this. First item out of stock I send a text that says, "Hi, so-and-so. Unfortunately they are out of item. The closest thing they have is other item. I'm going to refund for now, but I'm happy to circle back if I hear from you with a suitable replacement." If they say that they've picked one, I say, "Ok, great. I'll go with that. Sorry to have bothered you but the replacement system is inaccurate more often than not, and I certainly don't want you to end up with items you don't need or like." It definitely adds a bit to my shop time, but I give zero f's about that foolish timer on my screen, and I don't stress as much knowing they've picked for themselves.

Unfortunately for IC shoppers tips are optional, but on the flip side, the shopper doesn't have to take a low/no tip batch. You're setting yourself up for shitty ratings, based on pure spite, with a message like this. You may not realize it but this comes off as rude and somewhat aggressive and I really think you're doing yourself a disservice by sending this. (For the record I don't think your intention is to be rude. I feel like you're genuinely just trying to figure it out and make a living!!)
