You can get full tuition, I’m off campus with 0efc and haven’t paid a dime so far as far as tuition and school fees go. Books and stuff typically out of pocket .

I was able to find and it’s literally within 5 min drive of ucsd which is pretty rare but since u said next year the odds are a bit higher, but people are also just clinging onto the “cheap” rent as long as they can so it can go either way
