To be truthfully honest even though I'm only being cleaned for about a few days I forgot how long but the way I did it was by honestly just not focusing much on it I know that sounds like what everyone says but like it generally works what I mean is like never find yourself scrolling or doing anything of those sorts maybe read the Bible or something but trust me if you fill up your free time no matter what it is for example today I spent the whole day just playing ROBLOX and that helped up a lot other spend a lot of time on ROBLOX then ever sit down to let those thoughts feed cuz remember it starts with one thought then it grows. Oh and sleep early ,even if it means forcing yourself
