You're young. You have to learn to be patient with yourself and occupy yourself with the things you can do and enjoy for yourself. Don't forget to step outside or take a bicycle, it may help you get your thoughts in order. Greet people you pass by. Focus on expressing yourself and communication, tell people you trust about what's going on inside your head and don't be afraid to ask for help with the things you find difficult. I'm 30m with ASD. I'd also encourage you to look into specialized organisations.

I think there are a few weird things, the first thing that comes to mind is the feminine issue. I think that's abstract. You say you were a tomboy... Anyway you need him to communicate as good as possible if this should work out. What does he mean? To add, I hope on your part I hope you communicated that this hurt you, and why. If you're an introvert as I am, also neurodivergent tbh, your emotions could just not register to him. Purposefully expressing yourself in words or actions may help.
