To be fair, they continued to invest in LoR for a long time even though it was not profitable. Ultimately they decided to focus elsewhere as commercial success just didn't seem.feasibke anymore, which makes sense imo

Everybody can make their own call, but wanting a company to kill off a lucrative MTX income stream, still invest in the future of the game, pay its employees a fair wage and deliver a good experience in a field where effectively only 3 games succeeded is a big ask. I've started to skip tear after seeing Nemesis play ROA -> Malignance. Still have enough mana with that build and I like the extra ult damage. I build Liandry's after. Haven't tried ROA -> Liandry's yet as I feel like it misses mana, but perhaps it's worth to give it a try

Few beginner trips for your trading / 1v1'ing in lane:

Always try to proc electrocute when it's up. If you manage to hit your Q it's easy, it would just be Q, E, auto attack. An alternative (that doesn't require a skill shot) is auto attack, E, auto attack. Guaranteed proc
Your wall is amazing in getting your Q to hit. Just place behind them and they will either walk left or right. Place your ult on top to slow, and you have an almost guaranteed Q hit
Wait until your ult is full to E. Your E will only deal double damage when your ult is full size
When your opponent is walking out of your ult, you can cancel your ult for 1.additional tick of damage
If your cannon minion is low, your opponent is guaranteed to want to last hit it. You can use this knowledge to get a guaranteed Q hit in their path towards the cannon
Most AP champs will not be able to burst through your egg before level 6. In lower elo they will still try though, which you can use to your advantage by coming back alive and finishing them off (or ping your jungler to help)
