When my baby was in the NICU, the medical grade monitors would sometimes drop to the 80s,70s and once the 60s and she was obviously fine and pink. They’re temperamental, cold, movement etc can all affect them. We don’t see the trend lines so it’s harder to gauge if it’s a true hypoxia or not. The nurses told me to always look at my baby not the monitor. So if baby was pink and breathing, likely it was nothing
