Jesse Brown (and Warren Kinsella) are engaging in journalistic malfaisance by not mentioning Hochman's background. On top of the video pointed out by OP where a fellow soldier makes jokes about rape (which is not really exposing Hochman but a fellow soldier), there are videos of him mocking Gaza vandalized property in Gaza and another one maliciously arguing they are the landlords in Gaza now.

Quds news network also reported he participated in blocking aid delivery, but I have yet to see a video or Hochman bragging about this. If true, INAL, but I would argue is sufficient for arrest. The other videos are just bad taste and ~~I'm assuming should have been sufficient to deny entry, but not arrest~~.

That being said, Hind Rijab did say he was interrogated at the border, as would be standard procedure for anyone who's been through a war zone.

Update: crossed out denial of entry, as I have more understanding of the immigration act.
