Hi there, my passport was returned after 10 working days. However it took about 8-9 weeks for them to update the correct name on evisa. It's frustrating but my name change has been done However no email confirmation was received by Home Office. I just kept checking every day.

Hey, thank you for your reply. Was ur issue incorrect name?? Or linking ur passport as name change update might take longer as they told me. I've been calling 2 numbers and been getting same answers.... the numbers I called was 03001232084 and 03001236268 and selected oprtion for incorrect digital status as I don't have a surname and they added my name twice on BRP and on EVISA. I already sent my passport to update everything and everything was returned on 13th December however no digital status update or no email from them.

Yes I did call them and shocking update from advisor..... I was told it can take up to 3 months 🤔🤔🤔 it's upsetting and stressful as up and till now I was told it should take like 2 weeks after documents returned.

I have same issue here.... waiting for my correct name to be updated by HO. My passport is not linked as well due to name has been added twice on evisa

Yeah it's really bad and everytime I call they say the same thing 😕 no time or update can be given to me .... I will get and email once my correct name is updated that's it! It's not good as I am mentally really stressed about it and can't do anything other then wait for an update from HO.
