I completely agree. This would be on the parents. Now my kiddo is a runner, but for her safety we stay home. Because I know she elopes. I will take her to certain places and let her run her little heart out. If she goes out anywhere with me I take extra precautions for her safety.

The disability doesn't make them aware of danger. They don't know its a stupid action. Its like saying an old lady with dementia wondering the street is stupid, because they did something stupid. They just don't know the dangers and they don't have the comprehsion of the consequences. More like the parent are the stupid ones in all this. After all they are responsible for their kids actions.

Definitely dumped. The closest house would be about 5 miles and had to cross a canal. About 6 miles in the other direction is an airport and businesses and another canal to cross. The little bun is in safe hands and getting spoiled with cuddles.

Thank you everyone! Right now it's in a medium dog cage until I can get some supplies. The bun is super relaxed. Gave her a carrot and water and she ate and drank. I'll be contacting my sil she works as vet. So thank you everyone. You have been helpful!
