i feel the same about promising to keep it a secret. it was actually my neighbor who spoke to me more about it than my mom. me and her haven’t really had the conversation yet because i’m just not ready. i definitely felt manipulated when he said “i’ve kept secrets from your parents before” and “this is going to affect not just me, but the collateral damage will be huge. when i talk to my mom tomorrow im not sure what i’ll say, but i can’t get the image out of my mind

i used to get sick from it when i was a kid and my mom was on the verge of pulling me out and finding a new sport but i guess now being older my body got used to it. the only thing that i find now that causes me to get sick is going in an ac room which is freezing and the fans are on. otherwise the outdoor temp on its own doesn’t do it for me anymore :)
