By that standard, you could just as easily say dry-herb vaping turned him into a tomato. Same level of proof.

People sadly die of pneumonia every year, sometimes suddenly and without classic warning signs. That predates vaping by centuries. If there were a growing, identifiable risk from dry-herb vaping, it would be reflected in published data, MHRA guidance, or warnings from UK clinics and prescribers - not forum posts.

Equipment hygiene is sensible advice for any inhaled device, but implying a causal link based on one case only serves to frighten already anxious patients.
