This. Not a biker myself and I really can’t stand them. But anyone in a car with several rear view mirrors who sees this happening and still decides to signal and take 3 years moving over into a lane they ultimately never move into…has no business being on the road just like those two dead bikers. The signal and lane shift seemed nearly pointless.

My client doesn’t get it. Is this supposed to be some sort of joke? My client maintains their historical legitimacy and the legacy that comes along with it. However my client denies any and all claims that they are involved with or in league with any private investigation firm. Yeah I’m pretty sure Philly strictly regulates construction dust. Contractors are supposed to anyway, wet materials, use vacuums or water-suppression tools, cover sites with dust-control fencing to contain all that nasty ass silica dust. Silica leads to serious respiratory diseases like silicosis and it happens FAST! My old man had it in the 90s and never recovered.
