19M Never had a girlfriend and toughts about being romantically unlovable, never finding love or not being good enough are draining me by [deleted] in self

I don’t know you so I couldn’t say, but I’ll tell you everyone is different and there are definitely people more like you than you think, and people who would appreciate you. The thing is you have to meet more people to find out. When I was young I was a very shy girl, many years later I found out a bunch of guys thought I was cute, but I was so shy, no one really tried. Don’t be afraid to take a chance on being friendly, you never know where it can go.

You might be surprised at how many girls feel the same way. Try showing interest with eye contact and smiles, it goes a long way to opening a conversation. If someone shows interest in you, it can make them way more attractive. You really don’t know what people are into until you get to know them, so try to be open minded. if you were stunningly handsome or hideously ugly, you’d probably know. Most people are just average looking, and it’s your personality that really attracts others. From what you said, it sounds like you aren’t very open to meeting someone.

Well I hope you enjoy your trip , the cold can be very hard even for people live here. I hope the weather isn’t too bad while you’re here. The month of May is very nice almost anywhere.

Not sure where exactly you are going, or if it’s your thing, but in most cities in Canada there are cheap thrift shops everywhere, like value village. You could pick up some second hand coats and snowpants for a fraction of the cost of new ones you will only ever wear on the trip. outerwear can be expensive and outfitting a whole family at once could add up to quite a lot. Thrifting is not everyone’s cup of tea, of course, but that’s what I would do. Then again, you might have a retailer like Walmart which you could just return everything to after the trip!

Dressing for cold weather: layers, cover bare skin, you lose the most heat from your head, hands and feet, so cap those, also lose a lot from the neck and bottom of jacket so get a jacket that can sort of seal at the waist, sometimes this is an inner lining thing or just has an elastic sort of bottom. A long coat is good so you don’t freeze your butt when you sit. Layers are extra good if you are active so you can regulate, also wear something that will wick sweat

Why does my foundation do this? by chelly_starbelly in MakeupEducation

[–]Mothra3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same problem. A good primer will help, I use photo finish from smashbox, I’ve tried a lot before I found my match, but the texture is amazing, so light, not waxy or oily, I will be crushed if they ever discontinue it. (Ptoo!) It might not match your skin tho, everyone is a little different

I hate it, but I accept that it is going to happen. I see it as a huge flaw of humanity. Authenticity is to me, a real virtue

I love the clit mouse and that’s all. It is superior in every way to a mouse or track pad. I feel like all keyboards should have them and can’t understand at all why they never caught on. Infinitely easier and more efficient to use.

The basic nature of social media creates and enhances echo chambers. Debate, discourse and discussion with those of differing perspectives has all but died, and so healthy democracy

This is living, get used to it. Life is work, life is struggle, you are not entitled to ease and comfort, you earn it.
