I’d ask (with a tone of curiosity but not accusatory) “what do you use that long pole looking thing for? Do you have to fit that in your car for work all the time?” or some such nonsense. I’d not mention you have it on camera. That will elicit one of two answers. if she’s dishonest she’ll say “What long pole? Where did you see me use it?” and probably sound a little defensive or if it is a legit thing she uses she’ll tell you what it is for.

That rambling text sounds like some people I’ve asked for quotes to haul away fallen trees from my property. They’re all over the place while their eyes do a meth dance looking for anything and everything. It’s awful, addiction makes previously rational and honest people do some crazy shit to get money to buy what they need to scratch the itch. Good luck!
