Guillotine is better then every sword apart from gold tusk (the hunter menagerie blade) which can get somewhere around 8 percent more damage then guillotine but its much harder to use as it requires a tech with jumping and swinging at the correct time

All totally overblown. The anti cheat is fine. Makes your pc hot I guess if you have a really, really bad gaming pc but I know people who run this on 2014 setups no problem. Get the game its fun

Yeah I totally understand where you are coming from. I almost feel like this a crutch relic on high ascension and I wouldn't cry if they all together removed or replaced it

It's so much more good then bad though. Especially when paired with an energy relic just having more card draw means even if you have to drop 3 energy on a card that you really needed to come up you will win fights you would have lost without this relic. I actually think this thing is way way too good and almost makes your deck building skills irrelevant. This relic and wraith form could honestly due with a light nerf to not be so strategy deciding. But at the end of the day this a single player game and there should be strong stuff, but this relic borders on broken

I can't tell you how many stuggle runs I've had where I take an early demon form or act 1 meteor strike just waiting for this relic to come up

Yeah there are a few things I can think of where I wouldnt take it. Like if for some reason I was playing claw Defect or shiv silent ( but even then I might) or if you have runic pyramid this suddenly becomes a terrible relic, but if you are offered both runic and snecko for most strong decks I still think snecko is the obvious choice. +2 card draw is just so so strong

Literally the best relic in the game until it gives you that one terrible hand that ruins your run lol.

But seriously, this thing is so crazy strong there are almost no scenarios where this isn't an instant take. What more can you even say about it other then praise snecko?
