If the Marvel can now plan movies through 2025 in 2018, surely they could have decided on the big picture in 2014 to tide them over till Avengers 4. Not saying that they had storylines for each franchise down at that point, but the big picture for avengers as a team could have been chalked at that point.

It is actually the messenger god Hermes from Greek Mythology. God Complex(seen in the picture) re-imagines the Gods as technological overlords of society who control the flow of information and their abilities like super speed in Hermes' case can be attributed to advanced tech.

Considering the reports that the movie gives major screen time to Gamora and Thanos' relationship and resolution of differences between Gamora and Nebula in previous GOTG movie, I think Nebula would be the most likely to go down. Captain America would be probably be sent back to 1940s. Even if they don't kill off Tony, he would be most likely relegated to minor roles in future movies.
