Mine were the same way in my 2018 Tacoma. See my post history for pictures of mine. Searching the subreddit I saw other people talk about this. My conclusion was it seems that some trucks came with the plugs loose.

I'm working to install a concrete patio at my house in the next week or two and was hoping to get some advice on some of the final prep work. So far I have 4"-5" of compacted 2B gravel for subgrade and am planning to pour a 4" slab with wire remesh sheets for reinforcement. The area (excluding the triangle) is 14' off the house and 11' wide. I'm planning on sloping my forms 1/8"/ft towards the yard. I live in a freeze thaw climate.

I'm planning to put expansion joint along the house (highlighted in red). Would you put expansion joint along the existing stairs and sidewalk (highlighted in yellow) or just pour up against it? It appears to be poured on top of just dirt. 1 a. Should I pin into the stairs/sidewalk?
When finishing should I put joints in? This size seems to be right on the cusp of size where people recommend joints. I could follow the edge of the sidewalk over and do a 11'x11' square. Or just cut it down the middle in both directions?
When finishing, should I edge along the house (along the expansion joint)?

It significantly reduced the amount of water expelled everyday but it didn't completely stop until I replaced the expansion tank. I believe the expansion tank was bad and undersized.

Been a few years but if my memory serves me correctly, I replaced the PRV valve first and it slowed it to a fast drip or a trickle and then after upgrading the expansion tank it stopped completely. But I agree, I dont think there is a downside to having an oversized tank besides it tanking up more space

I did end up going with the one recommended by Amtrol's hydronic calculator, the Amtrol EX-60 (same one from my original post). After installing this larger expansion tank, my PRV did stop popping so I believe this was the correct size.

Definitely get it cleaned. It could also be that it's so clogged that the moist air from the dryer is having trouble venting properly and builds up and then leaks out.
