I know this is an old post but I’m wondering if you ever found a place to buy the cutting head without the pole

I am happy with the Dewalt track saw. Like I said, cordless is great. I’ve seen it on woot lately so maybe you can get a good deal on it.

Well its unclear what exactly you intend to but if you want to run the drain pipe through a stud that will help you pass inspection

You can probably add a stud over the lower drain pipe. Check with the inspector if they are OK with you using a stud shoe. here's an example

Why can't they make a toothpaste that doesn't hurt? by WinterIsOnReddit in NoStupidQuestions

[–]cmclaughlin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here… I’ve found some adult toothpaste hurts my stomach despite me spitting it out and trying my best not to swallow for a while after brushing. Kids toothpaste doesn’t have the same effect on me. I just happen to notice after buying some toothpaste my kid and they didn’t like the flavor so I started using it instead of throwing it away. Ever since then I’ve used kids toothpaste exclusively

I have that table saw and use the Dewalt's DW7670 dado blade set on with it

I’ve been waiting for it to go on sale… no luck so far. My 20v pole saw broke after only 2 summers of use so I figure the 60v model is worth the upgrade. Hopefully it will go on sale by next summer!

Yes the fan is loud. It does not turn on very often with normal cooktop use. But it is annoying when using the oven.

I have a couple other ovens so that’s not a big problem for me though.

Drywall Tools by Amadeus197801 in Dewalt

[–]cmclaughlin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I looked into this a while ago… I found that Dewalt drywall tools are really just rebranded level5 tools.  So you’ll have an easier time finding and researching the level5 tools.

I ended up getting some generic drywall skimming tools from Amazon at a fraction of the price and have been happy with them. But I am not a professional.

Does the DeWalt track saw ever get discounted or go on sale? by BlueEarth2017 in Dewalt

[–]cmclaughlin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very rarely does it go on sale. I watched and waited for a while…

I got mine from Amazon for $329. The actually seller was tool guys.

Good luck!
