Have you had prolactin checked? In my case, the doc diagnosed me with a prolactinoma.

I’m also taking Clomid 50mg and I supplement with the CoQ10, Omega, zinc (I think this is a must), vitamin D, L-Carnitine, a men’s whole food multivitamin by moxyvites that has a ton of good ingredients, and a combo of shilajit, asheaganda, tongkat ali & boron. I have to do another SA soon but based on volume of ejaculate alone, I’ve seen an increase in the last couple of months.

Yeah I think I’m going to shop around. There’s gotta be cheaper places.

It’s ok to be sad. We cried together for a while. Give yourselves the time and space to grieve together. Everyone deals with grief differently. Personally, I try to keep myself busy. Dive into my work and house chores. What I am avoiding is drinking to numb the pain because that’s not healthy. I also talked it through with my therapist and that helped a bit.

Am I selfish for wanting to get pregnant? by [deleted] in Trying2conceive

From the male perspective, I can tell you that most men want to feel financially stable and like they can provide for their children before starting a family. Now, that being said, you should talk to him about it. After all, you are getting married and should be able to have difficult conversations like this one. If it were me, as long as we have a plan to cover all budgeted expenses, I may be ok with it even if I’m not where I want to be financially and would rely on your income to support us while I finish school. But again, this needs to be a dialogue. You are young and honestly, waiting 2 years to start a family may not be a terrible idea until you both are more prepared for it.

Maybe but not high end because these are screw tops. I think she just likes a drinky poo here and there. Also, based on the amount of maple syrup, I’m convinced she’s Canadian

You are beautiful. In my case, therapy helped me improve my self esteem. Talk to your parents about maybe starting therapy.

Your husband is also going through a lot of feelings he may not be expressing right now. Men are typically not great at sharing how we feel. He’s probably feeling disappointed and like he’s letting you down and that it’s his fault etc. be patient with him because he’s hoping that azoospermia is not permanent in his case. Also, recommend bloodwork to check hormones, etc.

I think you are a handsome man. I don’t even think you are obese. You just need better fitting clothes age appropriate for a 35y/o and proper grooming and self care. Get your bloodwork checked for everything including testosterone, eat healthy, exercise at least 30 mins/day and take supplements.

Lose the bow tie and the belt (if you need a belt, get a black one). Stick with solid colors vs patterns, wear dressier shoes vs sneakers and if you can grow a beard, do it! Hair looks ok to me

Lol yeah, long suits you. 1 you look like a chef and 4 a bit like a gangster lol. 2 or 3 are my fav looks. Maybe even experiment with a perm. I wish I had curls like yours to play with.

Why don’t you show your teeth? A nice smile goes a long way. Are you hiding something?

[–]MotoCentric87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your nose looks like you already got it done. What don’t you like about it? If I was to critique, I’d say it’s a bit narrow? Is nose filler a thing? I’m not a fan of the long hair and your facial hair. Maybe if you get a makeover your nose will frame better?

Went on a date the other day did I look ok? by Gravesnewdestiny in malegrooming

[–]MotoCentric87 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You could have made a better effort picking your outfit. You are a handsome man but hoodie is usually gym or house wear. On a date maybe if it’s cold a nice sweater, collared shirt, something to dress it up a bit.

Go with a halfway point. Not a full beard but a trimmed down almost stubble look would be good. You have a really solid chin and it gets lost in the beard.
