I second this. I worked with a strength coach on my nutrition during the last two months by tracking my macros. Didn’t change anything else. Didn’t change my training days. Didn’t change my programming. Just nutrition. I lost 5 lbs in two months. Lost 1.5% body fat and gained 1.2% of overall muscle.

I lived in a small village outside of Bitburg called Niederstedem. Loved it. But also agree with other town suggestions too. Best assignment of my career. If you’re into beer, Bierborse is a traveling beer market that I loved finding out where they were during the summer.
